② Submit Your Photo and Confirm the Background

Once your order is complete, you can log in to your account to upload your photo and check progress updates.

Alternatively, you may also send photos and receive updates by email. Please use whichever method is most convenient for you.

We review each submitted photo carefully, focusing on lighting, expression, and composition.

Our artist will also provide suggestions such as “brightening the image” or “slight cropping for better balance,” offering professional advice to achieve a beautiful result.

When the photo is finalized, the painting process begins.

③ Painting Process & Preview Delivery

Once the photo and background are confirmed, we begin creating your custom oil portrait using classical techniques.

Our artist paints each stroke with care and emotion, building warmth and depth into the artwork over time.

About two weeks after starting, we will provide you with a preview image of the work in progress. Please look forward to it.

The completed portrait is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

Standard delivery times are as follows:

• F4 size: approx. 3 weeks
• F6 size: approx. 5 weeks

If you require delivery by a specific date, such as an anniversary or special occasion, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your request.
