Portrait Cancellation & Return

  • Cancellations or returns after production or final approval are not accepted.
  • If corrections are needed at the final approval stage, we will handle them accordingly.

Shipping Damage

  • If damage occurs during shipping, returns or reshipment will be provided.
  • Handling of shipping damage will be within the coverage of the carrier.

Returns for One-of-a-Kind Animal Paintings

  • If damage occurs during shipping, a refund will be provided.
  • Refunds are handled within the carrier’s coverage.

  • Returns for reasons other than those listed above are not accepted.
