Portrait Cancellation & Return
- Cancellations or returns after production or final approval are not accepted.
- If corrections are needed at the final approval stage, we will handle them accordingly.
Shipping Damage
- If damage occurs during shipping, returns or reshipment will be provided.
- Handling of shipping damage will be within the coverage of the carrier.
Returns for One-of-a-Kind Animal Paintings
- If damage occurs during shipping, a refund will be provided.
- Refunds are handled within the carrier’s coverage.
Other
- Returns for reasons other than those listed above are not accepted.
- Please handle all items with care.
